My suggestions:
- Trance: most tracks will do, just listen to the music and stop the chatter in your mind: "Oh, I guess it's time to stop, my legs hurt..." Shut up!! I like Tiesto & Paul van Dyk.
- Heavy metal: this helps me lift that extra pound, feel the rage!! My usual choices are Metallica, Rammstein and Stahlhammer (the latter two are from Germany and Austria respectively, check 'em out!)
