Music is what gets me going while doing any type of cardio... Leave your suggestions here so we can build a workout playlist for everyone!

My suggestions:

  • Trance: most tracks will do, just listen to the music and stop the chatter in your mind: "Oh, I guess it's time to stop, my legs hurt..." Shut up!! I like Tiesto & Paul van Dyk.
  • Heavy metal: this helps me lift that extra pound, feel the rage!! My usual choices are Metallica, Rammstein and Stahlhammer (the latter two are from Germany and Austria respectively, check 'em out!)

haha... Sometimes I just feel the need to tell me to shut up as well!! Great discussion, I'll check these german bands.

For me what usually works is listening to any kind of energetic music, be it trance, rock, house - i can't stand romantic songs though, especially when workin out!!

Always dance/technomusic.... any kind! It's make me feel so much better when i have to exercise...
